POSITION OVERVIEW
Job Purpose
Ralph Lauren is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented digital commerce professional to join the Hong Kong and Taiwan eCommerce team. The role will support the day-to-day operation of Ralph Lauren’s brand websites, omni-channel order management, and third-party digital commerce partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure accurate site execution, efficient order operations, and seamless client experience.
The role will support RalphLauren.com.hk, RalphLauren.com.tw, and current or future third-party digital commerce programmes across Hong Kong and Taiwan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
Website and Content Operations
• Manage and update website content, campaign banners, landing pages, and product listings accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Ensure product information—including descriptions, imagery, categorization, pricing, and promotional details—is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Prepare clear creative and design briefs for the development of on-brand digital assets.
• Complete pre-launch and post-launch quality checks to ensure promotions are accurately configured and displayed.
• Conduct regular site checks to identify and resolve content, navigation, pricing, and customer-experience issues.
• Work with Merchandising and Planning teams to resolve product-data, assortment, and inventory-availability issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns and product launches are executed accurately and on schedule.
Order and Omni-Channel Operations
• Support daily order operations across brand.com and relevant third-party channels, including order monitoring, issue resolution, and operational follow-up.
• Monitor order workflows and proactively identify potential issues, bottlenecks, or risks to the client experience.
• Coordinate with Retail, Logistics, Client Services, Technology, and Digital teams to resolve order-related issues effectively.
• Support omni-channel services and processes, ensuring consistent execution across online and offline touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities to improve order-management processes, operational efficiency, and the overall client experience.
Digital Projects and Site Optimization
• Partner with Retail, Technology, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support digital campaigns and online-to-offline initiatives.
• Support digital projects, platform enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
• Monitor site performance and client-experience issues, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to deliver improvements.
• Support user-acceptance testing for site releases, new functionality, and operational enhancements.
• Assist with the launch and ongoing operation of third-party digital commerce partnerships.
• Track relevant eCommerce performance indicators and provide operational insights and recommendations where required.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; university degree preferred.
• At least five years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably within the retail, fashion, luxury, or consumer-goods sectors.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce operational processes and key performance indicators.
• Experience in using eCommerce platforms or enablers, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, is preferred.
• Experience with content management systems and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
• Experience with digital analytics, tracking, or testing tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to priorities tasks, resolve problems, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
